Job Description
- Assist Project Manager / Project Architect in verifying progress claims from contractors.
- To assist PM / CM in maintaining proper records of works carried-out and completed.
- Day to Day project Management, include assisting in liaison with all parties involved in the project (include the Architects, Designer, Consultant, Main & Subcontractors, supplier and other M & E Contractor etc)
- Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements.
- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure works are carried out smoothly
- Attending meetings
- Manage site progress and timely delivery of the project.
- Manage cost control and project quality compliance.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in any of the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Project/construction management, related building construction/ M&E studies.
- Min two (2) years of experience in project management, preferably in construction industry.
- Familiar with Architectural Drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe (CS, Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel, SketchUp, 3D Max
- Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works.
- Experience in managing multiple projects.
