QS/SQS
Job Description:
- As part of Tender/Contracts Team responsible in Pre/Post-Contracts administration
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
- To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative.
- Review and preparing of response for claims and variation costs;
- To compile subcontractor quotations and submit for review and approval;
- To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from various approving parties;
- Preparation of final accounts and variation submissions;
- Any other contracts management related job
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Related working experience in industrial projects.
- Ability to use software tools for costing and budgeting.
- Organizational skill with attention to detail, adaptable and flexible.
- Good knowledge of materials and works for site usage
- Good knowledge on local pricings
- Knowledge in Singapore's Conditions of Contract
- Good communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and demonstrate initiative and commitment.
