We are representing our client in the Construction industry to hire for a Project Manager with strong M&E experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project team, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Plan and assign qualified team members to projects.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Manage project costs, cash flow, and stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Approve purchases and handle invoices to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with project quality procedures and resolve issues as they arise.
- Hold regular meetings for project updates and perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- A degree or master's in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in software like MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar field, especially in Construction/M&E projects.
