Job description
- Evaluate and define the scope of system enhancements to be developed, manage procurement processes, and ensure these enhancements are implemented on schedule.
- Participate in discussions on technical solutions, security measures, and integration features to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
- Collaborate with vendors to investigate and analyze system behavior, performance issues, faults, and errors, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems as they arise.
- Oversee and manage operational issues, coordinating with vendors to resolve them within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate necessary tasks and maintenance during scheduled downtimes to ensure minimal disruption and effective system updates.
- Continuously monitor the managed systems and processes, and provide regular reports on system performance, issue resolutions, and enhancement progress.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information /ICT or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in software development, business analysis and/or project management.
- Participated in at least 1 full software or product development cycle.
