- Managing a sustainable relationship with both our existing clients.
- Identify critical customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with the requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and adjust business development strategies as needed.
- Introduce company services and portfolios to new prospects/clients through networking, referrals, presentations, sales campaigns & outbound calls.
- Ensure compliance with standards.
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Workplace strategic planning in interior design, Commercial interior fit-out industry.
- Strong connection with the Design firm and Architech firm.
- Hunger for sales, and self-motivated.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Solid skills in sales presentation and negotiation.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Customer-oriented, and result-oriented.
