Seeking for a Project Executive / Coordinator, Up $5K
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Work Location: St George Street (Near to Telok Ayer MRT)
Responsibilities:
- Support Business Development Manager (BDM) in developing and implementing an online marketing campaign to raise awareness of New Zealand F&B products targeted at the Singapore audience.
- Support on setup (e.g. attendee invitations, RSVPs) and delivery (backend operations) of scheduled webinar.
- Support BDM on liaising with external digital marketing agency from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and implementation of campaign assets and materials.
- Collaborate with Regional Marcomms Consultant to ensure adherence and approval on New Zealand branding and key messaging across all campaign collaterals.
- Gather, track and ensure timely submissions of required information (such as brand messages, product images, completed information templates) from New Zealand companies to digital marketing agency.
- Prepare and coordinate on the creation and delivery of PR/media kits.
- Prepare and procure any collaterals (if necessary) for the PR/media kits.
- Set up and attend weekly/fortnightly WIP meetings and check-ins with key stakeholders for campaign task alignments and review.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using measurement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization in a timely manner.
- Prepare post-campaign debrief report/ presentation to capture all learnings and insights from the campaign.
- Perform administrative tasks such as ensure proper filing into e-folders for easy reference and future tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in managing online campaigns
- Has an eye for details.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Utilize practical project management skills to undertake the execution of campaign activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Reporting back internally is an integral part of this role to ensure adherence, alignment, and effective collaboration.
- Willing to support on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
