Responsibilities :
- Part of the L3 support team for ALL questions related to “Data” within the integrated tool solution.
- Activities to be handled:
- Define and maintain guiding principles and best practices for company Analytics
- Serve as main point of contact for RMIT Business and IT support teams
- Provide consulting for Analytic tools and capabilities
- Consolidate, prioritize and manage base and project analytics requirements
- Deliver new, enhanced or remediated solutions for Business
Requirements
- More than 10 years of expereince in IT for Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in SDLC, AGILE methodology and ITIL process.
- Experience in working with the vendor or developer to gather project requirements, conduct functional and user testing, automate the deployment process using CICD DevOps tool.
- Proficient in testing and implementing configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Has an oversight responsibility for the delivery of the technology solution and trains and evaluates new and less experienced members of the team.
- Great analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Report generation and data analysis. Proficient in MS Office.
