- Manage all project activities, including scheduling, cost management, design development and stakeholders management
- Leading consultants and project team members throughout all stages of project development
- Ensuring projects are carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectations while achieving project objectives and targets
- The degree shall be recognised either by the respective professional bodies; professional institutions or BCA
- Masters in Project Management will be an advantage
- Familiarity with (a) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work, (b) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Design and Build, and (c) the Standard Conditions of Nominated Sub-Contract, will be an advantage
- Able to demonstrate strong project management, decision making and leadership skills
- Good communication, written and presentation skills
- Team player who is analytical, resourceful an results-oriented
- Good attitude and self-motivated
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in QS/PM consultancy and/or contracting
