As an Institution Business Analyst, your role will support the projects and operations at National University Hospital (NUH). This role mainly focuses on redevelopment, renovation, and relocation related changes within the hospital.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support NUH projects, mainly focusing on redevelopment, renovation, and relocation related changes within NUH.
- Support the MOH funding request and review forums, including the PPSC and CRA.
- Support the internal funding requests and review forums, from budget submissions, requirements review, workplan prioritisation, procurement, and project approvals.
- Support the technical forum presentations for your projects such as Solution Review Board.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across projects and build good rapport.
- Collaborate with Synapxe project delivery teams and infrastructure teams to manage project requirements, implementation timeline and budget.
- Responsible to monitor and ensure project implementation status, including regular project updates to various stakeholders and forums.
- Provide support for day-to-day operational issues as required.
- Support administrative tasks or other adhoc tasks assigned by your reporting manager as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills with good written/communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong organisation and customer facing skills and able to work with cross functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic IT infrastructure knowledge is required (server, network, end-user computing)
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skills with a go-getter attitude
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
