Job Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support to users, solving issues quickly to keep systems running.
- Fix software problems on remote devices, servers, and networks to ensure system security.
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and configurations, and create performance reports.
- Help users with technical questions, troubleshoot issues, and pass on complex problems to senior staff.
- Assist with login problems, password resets, and access-related issues to ensure secure system access.
- Work with internal teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest ways to prevent them and improve system performance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or a related field.
- Experience with Windows Server Management and Windows OS.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of network and security systems is a plus.
- Good troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and work well with others.
- Strong analytical skills for solving software issues.
- **Must have Min Class 3A Driving Licence, Vehicle will be provided.
- **Willing to work in shifts and 1 Year Direct Contract.
