Job Description:
- Design and implement HR and Payroll solutions integrated with Time and S/4H Cloud applications across the enterprise and its units.
- Evaluate existing S/4H Cloud and on-premise Payroll solutions to determine integration requirements.
- Ensure that the final design aligns with business requirements and integration needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for integration.
- Develop and maintain integration strategies to support seamless HR and Payroll functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of HR and Payroll solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure solutions are up-to-date
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 15 years experience in relevant field.
