We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and certifications in networking, particularly in Cisco and Aruba technologies, along with proficiency in wireless networking, systems engineering, and project management. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures for various clients across different sectors. Additionally, they will be involved in presales activities, RF surveys, training delivery, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement WAN and LAN infrastructures using Cisco and Aruba technologies.
· Configure and optimize wireless networks, ensuring high performance and security.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and propose suitable solutions.
· Conduct RF surveys and analyze data to optimize wireless network performance.
· Develop high and low-level network designs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
· Provide training to clients and internal teams on network technologies and solutions.
· Manage network projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
· Develop and implement test strategies and plans to validate network configurations and functionalities.
· Provide pre-sales support by creating network designs, proposals, and cost estimates for prospective clients.
· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in networking technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
· Aruba Certified Clearpass Professional (ACCP) certification.
· Extensive experience with Cisco and Aruba networking technologies.
· Strong knowledge of wireless networking principles and protocols.
· Experience in network automation using tools like Ansible.
· Proficiency in systems engineering, including Microsoft and Linux environments.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
