Key Responsibilities
- To plan, coordinate and conduct programs/activities that will promote active participation and contribute to the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of the seniors
- Organize and coordinate social and recreational group activities /excursions together with school/corporate/volunteer etc
- Coordination of matters concerning centres, programmes, volunteers, seniors and their next of kin/caregiver
- Assist Manager to ensure smooth operation of the centre including customer service, administrative and logistical support
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Experience working in Senior Activity Centre or Active Aging Centre would be advantageous
- Positive, mature, and independent
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, both verbal and written,organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve results under pressure
- Passion and dedication in working with seniors in the community
- High integrity, and resilience
- Good team player
- Able to motivate, influence, inspire and engage seniors and volunteers
- Committed to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives and community
