Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Development: Lead the development of new menu items and beverages for kiosk outlets, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
- Concept Ideation: Work closely with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to brainstorm and develop innovative kiosk concepts and offerings.
- Recipe Testing & Optimization: Oversee the testing of new food items, ensuring that recipes can be easily replicated in kiosk settings while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Cost & Profitability Analysis: Ensure new products meet cost targets, are operationally feasible for kiosks, and maintain the desired margin.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on product specifications, launch schedules, and promotional strategies.
- Menu Optimization: Regularly review and optimize the kiosk menu to ensure a balance of high-demand products and innovative offerings, based on performance metrics.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards, working closely with compliance teams.
- Training & Support: Collaborate with training teams to create product manuals and support the launch of new products across all kiosk locations.
