Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize parallel solvers for quantum control software.
- Leverage MPI and OpenMP to parallelize computational workloads across distributed and shared memory architectures.
- Implement and enhance algorithms for GPU acceleration using CUDA and other GPU computing frameworks.
- Utilize Python and C++ for scripting, automation, and performance-critical tasks.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing parallelized solvers for high-performance computing (HPC) applications.
- Expertise in MPI and OpenMP for parallel programming on CPU architectures.
- Experience with GPU computing and parallel programming models like CUDA.
- Strong grasp of parallel computing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, and C++ for scripting, automation, and performance-critical tasks.
- Familiarity with high-performance computing environments and job scheduling systems.
- A solid understanding of quantum information science is a plus but not required.
