The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:
Marketing Communications Support:
- Assist the Director of Marketing Communications in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive support by coordinating and scheduling tasks related to marketing and communication efforts.
Collateral Design and Production:
- Conceptualize and design promotional materials for various departments (Sales, F&B, Front Desk, Rooms, Spa, and Hotel), including online and offline materials.
- Liaise with suppliers to produce design collaterals, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards.
- Organize and maintain all graphic design files, including logos, photos, and artworks, ensuring easy access and up-to-date content.
- Maintain and manage an online media library that is updated and accurate.
Collaterals Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the production of all required collateral production for the hotel operations within the corporate and brand guideline
- Support internal departments to produce the required creative content and this will also include securing competitive price quotations, raising purchase requisitions for production and printing services, and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with external printing vendors to ensure high-quality output and on time delivery
Advertising/ Social Media:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to develop content calendar and creative design strategies that enhance promotional messages.
- Create engaging ad and social content, including graphics, photos and videos that align with the marketing strategy in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Photography & Videography:
- Serve as the hotel’s official photographer, capturing internal and external events as required.
- Maintain a well-organized photo album of images for promotional and internal use.
- Conduct internal photoshoots for small-scale promotions and food-related content.
Administrative Duties:
- Raise Purchase Requisitions through the purchasing system for printing, advertising, and departmental collaterals.
- Maintain the online media library, ensuring the images are always up to date and accessible
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to innovative marketing strategies.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Management, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to the hotel's success.
