Quantitative Product Development Engineer
- Deeply involved in the development and maintenance of stock and futures products, continuously improving online service quality through technical means, and responsible for live trading reliability.
- Work closely with researchers to ensure that strategies of different types and scales can run efficiently in live trading and generate substantial profits.
- Research and integrate algorithmic trading platforms, including the implementation and deployment of microsecond-level software platforms.
- Optimize the performance and latency of trading and order systems, using optimization methods that include but are not limited to computation, storage, networking, and hardware.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field
- Familiar with the Linux operating system, and meet one of the following requirements:
a. Proficient in C++ and one scripting language
b. Proficient in Python 3 and one strongly-typed language - Familiar with the production and iteration process of online services and knowledgeable about various technical methods to improve service reliability.
- Familiar with best practices such as Git, code review, CI/CD, skilled in building tools, and striving for excellence.
- On call duty is required
