Project Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Technical BA with Business Rule engineering experience to work in the Team located in APAC region for one of our Client in financial industry.
Project goal is to maintain and develop solutions for the Order Management systems including the following functionality:
- Order capture/execution
- Trade finishing (mainframe)
- Analytics & reporting
- Special systems (ACTICO business rule engine)
Responsibilities:
- • co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
• ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
• support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...)
Mandatory Skills Description:-
Have 5+years' experience in business\system analysis in banking industry
- Experience with Business Rule engineering
- Strong understanding of IT Technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to form strong relationships with IT and Business
- Have strong analytical skills
- Object oriented design
- Open minded and self-motivated
- High level of competence in verbal and written English
- Have very good understanding of business as well as technical language
- Know Scrum framework and is ready to work that way
- ACTICO business rule engine
