This position reports to the director of CO3 PTE. LTD. The job involves the administration of tenancy matters including renewal, tenancy changes, arrears management and handling customer feedback. Your job scope will also include collaborating with customers and stakeholders and handle leasing matters, negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the properties, including maintenance, repair, and upkeep.
2. Formulate maintenance procedures & policies
3. Establishing and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships
4. Ensure good record-keeping and filing administration
5. Attend to other ad-hoc duties when directed by director.
Technical Skills and Competencies1. Experience in Property Management or relevant field
2. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good organizational skills
