Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in tendering for commercial, industrial, retail interior fitting-out, and residential projects.
• Measure quantities, prepare progress claims, quotations, and finalize claims.
• Handle general quantity surveying duties, including pre/post-contract tasks, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, and tender administration.
• Understand tender requirements and prepare and submit tenders by specified deadlines.
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
• Source new vendors, compile quotations, review pricing, summarize subcontractors and materials, and evaluate and certify contractors' claims.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and sourcing of contractors and suppliers.
• Assist the project team with contractual matters, including extensions of time or expense claims.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
• Proven experience in tendering for commercial, industrial, and retail interior fitting-out projects.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the interior design, renovation, or building industry.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Relevant experience in managing projects specifically within Singapore.
Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 + Variable Bonus (based on company performance)
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
