Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs.
· Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Manage program milestones, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate program status.
· Serve as the main point of contact for all program-related communication and escalations.
· Oversee multiple projects or workstreams within the program, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
· Monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks that may impact program outcomes.
· Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance program management.
· Standardize project management methodologies and tools across functional teams.
· Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans where necessary.
· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on program status, risks, and issues
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
