(a) Finance – Accounts Payable: data entry and preparation of payment vouchers and documents related to accounts payable
(b) Student Administration – assist in administration of application for bursaries / financial assistance for students from low-income families; liaison with parents for document check and issuance of approval letters to successful applicants.
(c) Record keeping – eg utilities and telecoms monthly usage, photocopy monthly usage, donations record and acknowledgement to donors via issuance of Thank you cards, etc
(d) Customer service, eg covering front counter duties when receptionist is busy/not available, mainly to serve walk-in customers such as parents, students, staff, contractors, etc. and answering and directing telephone calls to relevant staff, issue of keys and remote controllers to staff and contractors, etc. and covering duties for Librarian during her absence.
(e) Assist in emergency and safety teams deployed by the School
(f) Any other duties as and when assigned by the School.
