Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager: Assist in developing innovative, credible, and targeted communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and foster customer loyalty, ultimately driving in-store and e-commerce sales.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Use insights to identify trends and optimize marketing spend and performance.
- Campaign Execution: Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including above-the-line, below-the-line, on-ground, and digital platforms, ensuring they align with data-driven insights and contribute to established KPIs.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, such as website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Work closely with external agencies, freelancers, media owners, and event partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans, delivering high-quality results on time.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including front-line staff, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries across all platforms, including social media, e-commerce sites, Google reviews, and email.

Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the TCM, health, or a related industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with English and Chinese-speaking customers and business associates.
- Technical Skills: Experience in e-commerce, SEM (including PPC and SEO), and Google Analytics is essential. Familiarity with imaging software such as Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), InDesign (ID), and website management is an added advantage.
