About the role
The Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth by combining hands-on sales
execution with strategic team management. This role involves direct sales responsibilities, including
generating and closing deals, as well as leading and developing a high-performing sales team. The ideal
candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of SaaS sales, a passion for
building and managing teams, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Based in Singapore, you’ll work directly alongside our founders and leadership team to support the
growth of our business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate
impact and shape our product and organisation.
How you’ll contribute
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
● Manage a sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
● Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
● Lead by example in sales activities, maintaining an active role in selling and managing key
accounts.
● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers, setting clear
performance goals and providing regular feedback.
● Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to build a high-performing sales force.
● Foster a collaborative and motivational team environment that encourages continuous learning
and improvement.
● Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies
and tactics.
● Develop and implement processes and tools to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
● Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with marketing efforts and drive
lead generation.
● Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and
identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
● Provide feedback on product features and market demands to guide product development and
positioning.
● Track sales performance and generate reports to provide insights to the executive team.
● Utilise CRM and sales analytics tools to monitor and optimise sales activities and outcomes.
● Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Who you are
● Proven sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
● Proven experience in a leadership role, with hands-on experience managing and developing a
sales team.
● Demonstrated success in both individual sales performance and team management.
● Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, pricing models, and customer acquisition strategies.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
● Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
