Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently plan and execute events, develop multi-level and differentiated event planning and execution schemes, and be responsible for the follow-up, execution, and review of the events, as well as the overall data related to the events.
2. Launch corresponding operational initiatives based on the user lifecycle; collaborate with product and development teams to design and optimize the event operation system, and enhance the construction of the event operation components backend.
3. Improve user transaction conversion and transaction frequency through effective methods, and iterate on event operation strategies.
4. Monitor user data metrics and continuously improve user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university, with at least 2 years of experience in event operation or user operation.
Proficient in data analysis methods and able to guide work through data insights.
2. Creative, thoughtful, sensitive to trends, and possesses strong learning and adaptation abilities.
3. Experience in operating activities for internet financial products is preferred.
4. Goal-oriented, skilled in identifying and solving problems.
