- Incident Management
- Service Request Fulfilment
- Firmware Upgrade
- Standby Support
- Daily Health Check and assist Vendors
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in network administration/ engineering
- Must have Cisco Switching and Routing experience
- Experience working both on prem and cloud platform is a plus
- Certification is good to have
