Key responsibilties:
- Oversight and leadership to a team of secretariat staff, financial transactions in the form of fees from courses and revenue from donors or sponsors.
- Be responsible for pre-event/ during/post-event preparation, including booking of venues, liaison with vendors and overall logistic support.
- Administrative guidance and support for the Council, chapters and committees
- Staffing and resources for organised events, including but not limited to : Monthly council meetings, the Singapore Pharmacy Congress and Pharmacy week.
Requirement:
- Diploma or tertiary qualification
- Min 5 years of work experience
- Experience in leading team will be advantageous
- Work experience in healthcare education, training or sectors is advantageuos
