Upkeep of ICT equipment, inventory and programs
- Maintenance of ICT and AV equipment and resources throughout the school.
- Keeping track and conduct monthly inventory update of all ICT and AV equipment.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting of ICT and AV equipment (collection/configuration/deployment/maintenance and updates/repair/disposal)
- Updating and syncing of all mobile devices (iPads and tablets) operating system and applications.
- Updating of Video Wall/Infocomm TV, SharePoint site and school website.
- Create monthly video updates for Video Wall/Infocomm TV/school website.
- Sourcing of quotations for ICT equipment.
- Liaising with vendors and supervision of installation and maintenance work.
Providing ICT support to teaching staff
- Operate hall AV equipment during School’s events.
- Provide basic hardware and software support to users.
- Set up AV/IT required for meetings, trainings and workshops.
- Set up special rooms for lessons and to assist during lesson-time.
- Provide ICT support in classroom when required.
- Assist to configure staff account to login to network and SharePoint.
Administrative Duties
- Create forms/spreadsheets for school use.
- Update calender of special rooms’ booking.
- Assist General Office in reception/administrative duties when required.
Other Responsibilities
- Assist in CCA activities.
- Assist teachers on learning journeys as needed.
- Assist in logistic support for school events.
- Carry out any other duties as required by Principal/Vice Principal/Head of Department, ICT.
Minimum Education/ Qualifications
- GCE ‘O’ or NITEC
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
- Preferably 1 year of related work experience
- Open to fresh candidates
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Strong working knowledge of IT and Microsoft applications. Programming knowledge would be an advantage.
