Requirements
You are someone who has:
- A Bachelor or Masters Degree
- At least 1-5 years of user experience and human centred design expertise
- Confident and has the ability to communicate and relate with people of diverse background
- Problem Solving skills and Design thinking attitude
- An articulate visual and verbal communicator
- Good knowledge of human centred approach
- Teamwork skills and also an independent manager
- A keen eye for detail
- Acceptance for feedback
Bonus Skills
- Experience in cargo or logistics related industry
- A portfolio that shows experience in e-commerce and retail
- Work in agile environment
- Proficiency with design software & prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe suite etc.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a bonus but not a must
