Senior Program Manager
Position overview:
· A Program Manager is the accountable owner of project and program delivery, recovery and sale. He/she combines a track record of contractual and commercial successes, combined with a technical astuteness which enables him or her to support turnarounds, maintenance of timelines and fulfilment of contractual obligations.
· He/ She develops and implements sustainable resourcing, risk management and escalation strategies, selecting the appropriate guidelines and policies with the purpose of Implementing compliance with internal and external regulations and governance, as well as directing that all strategies are realistic, appropriate and optimum for supporting the desired outcomes.
· He/she works with the Account Executive to properly influence and create deliverable programs that will meet the target cost, timescale and scope. Additionally, Program Manager/Director serves as the face of her/his programs to the external stakeholders. As such, s/he attends customer forums in an effort to build and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications
· Hold Business and Technical Bachelor Degree combinations in related field or relevant experience
· Must have at least one Project Management Certification
· Have SCRUM Master Certification (PSM/PSPO/PSD/SPS/PSK/PAL)
· Have an advanced knowledge of Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) or IT Service Management (ITSM)

Candidate must have:
· We are looking for a stronger governance and client relationship capability.
· A profile that has a good enough DC/Infra/Technical knowledge from prior hands-on program/project engagement with a strength of communication/articulation and demonstrate a high business professional look & presentation.
· +8 years’ experience in Project Manager and +3 years’ experience in Program Management
· Depth of exposure to IT (DC, Network, Cloud) Infrastructure program/project with relevant Technical Know-how
· Showcase testimonials of similar capacity of program success stories
· Program/Project Leadership of above 50MEuro with a 30-50 Team Size
· Exposure to Financial Service Industry
