Responsibilities
· Responsible to handle coverage support and provide permanent solution / workaround depending on the nature of issue.
· Collaborate with interface teams to troubleshoot any interface issues and provide resolution.
· Collaborate with Business users and stakeholders to understand and troubleshoot issues and provide resolution.
· Perform deployment & release management activities.
· Collaborate with development squad to provide insights for defect fix by providing analysis performed.
Skills/Requirement
Must have Skills:
Skills/Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
· Minimum 4 + years of relevant experience.
· Experience in MS SQL
· Extensive Knowledge of Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)
· Able to work with UNIX/Linux system, with understanding in bash/shell scripts.
· Experience in ITIL process and tools like Splunk, Control-M is a plus.
· Hands-on experience in IT Operations/Production support L2/L3
· 24/7 support environment experience with strong Incident/Problem Management skills.
· Experience in Agile Development and Agile Delivery
