Job Description :
- Reports to Project Manager
- Performs quantity take off from drawing
- Prepares progressive claims and potential variation claims
- Reviews subcontractors' claims and prepare payment certificates for approval
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and prepare quotation report for approval
- Closing out final account with client and subcontractors
- Support project tenders
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements :
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering /Quantity Surveying
- Min 5 years experience in building works
- Experience in bored piling,m excavation, architectural and structural works
- Highly proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Able to work in a team
