In this role, you function an essentially backbone of the organization, ensuring smooth functioning of daily operations and financial activities.
Multifaceted and involves a blend of administrative, financial, and operational tasks.
Primary goal is to help Asset team to facilitate asset management and offer support in investment management, compliance, tax, and regulatory matters.
To accomplish this goal, the position requires to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Essentially, you are to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the family office, allowing the family to focus on their core activities and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations: Handling tasks like cash management, fund accounting, and preparing financial reports.
Investment Support: Assisting with investment activities, including trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation.
Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office operations.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and preparing necessary reports.
Relationship Management: Interacting with external parties like banks, custodians, and tax advisors.
Handle both internal and external communication. Liaise with funds, banks, securities firms, and other entities worldwide, to complete asset management compliance support.
Assist in the operation and management of overseas companies, including assisting in the audit of overseas company accounts and tax reporting matters.
Monitor post-investment requirements for projects across all asset classes invested globally and offer support in handling compliance and operational matters.
Manage internal records and information within the company in a confidential and secure manner.
This includes creating, organizing, and maintaining files and databases.
REQUIREMENTS
Ba/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, legal in renowned university/ Ivy league
1 -2 years experience with wealth management, investment banking or funds management industries
Meticulous individual who has good time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
