About the Team:
Shopee e-KYC is affiliated with Marketplace Intelligence and Data. The team is committed to using advanced image technology to provide cross-market, cross-language, multi-card document OCR, face recognition and verification, liveness detection, fake card recognition and face anti-counterfeiting services to serve Shopee e-commerce and SeaMoney financial business.
Job Description:
- Lead the team, managing goals and overseeing technical solutions.
- Analyze business challenges and deliver comprehensive real-person authentication solutions.
- Ensure the efficiency and stability of online real-person authentication services.
- Develop computer vision-based identity verification models and services, including:
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for IC cards and documents
- IC card quality assessment (both on-device and backend)
- IC card anti-spoofing measures
- Face verification (1-to-1) and face matching (1-to-N)
- Liveness detection and face anti-spoofing techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or related field
- Possess extensive practical experience with e-KYC solutions and a strong familiarity with industry practices.
- Deep understanding of technical details and emerging technologies, with the ability to continuously lead the team in optimizing services.
- Demonstrate excellent team management skills.
- Exhibit strong teamwork and communication abilities, effectively bridging business, product, and technology aspects.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team, with a proven track record of successful management and team development.
