Job Description:
• Delivery & installation of various Video Wall Display including LCD, DLP and LED Wall
• Delivery & Installation of various Video wall systems including Video Wall Controller, Encoder/ Decoder and KVM
• Configure, Testing & Commissioning for Video Wall Systems
• Including Maintenance – Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (24/7 various Government project site)
o Autonomously analyse & structurally investigate the root cause of a problem
o Focus on hardware & software related failures
o Carry out qualitative repairs or troubleshooting on Video Wall Displays & Video Wall Systems
o Monitor progress of the repairs or troubleshooting based on respective Project Service Level Agreement (SLA)
o Report analysis and work together with Product Principal on all issues
• Involved in development of new devices by making recommendations on serviceability.
• Support colleagues by sharing technical knowledge, analyses, etc.
• Responsible for internal training
• Help improving Installation & Maintenance process
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Certification in AV Knowledge
• Technical knowledge of both hardware and software in Video Wall Display and Video Wall Systems related product
• Hands-on mentality and has an eye for detail and quality
• Able to work out a solution in a structural way
• Able to learn and work independently with minimum guidance
• Strong in communication
• Able to work from various sites location including staging or commissioning
• Minimal 1 year of working experience in AV or Video Wall related environment
• Able to be on standby after office hours and/ or weekends or public holiday
• Able to respond to client via Service Call as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
