JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Lead the Pre-Sales Support Team: Oversee the Ads, Leads Enquiries/Filtering, Partner/Agent Chat Support (via WhatsApp), and China Sales Marketing Support teams,
- Hit Monthly Sales Targets: Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to ensure monthly sales targets are met, identifying creative strategies to reach targets even during slow months,
- Optimize Marketing Budgets: Develop and implement cost-effective marketing strategies that maximize results while being frugal with marketing budgets. Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to achieve high-impact results without unnecessary spending,
- Support Team Members: Step in to provide support when any team member is off, ensuring smooth operations without disruption,
- Property & Marketing Expertise: Apply knowledge in property and marketing to assist and guide the team effectively,
- Assist Pre-Sales Team: Provide prompt answers and assistance to any questions or issues the pre-sales team may face,
- Support External Sales Team: Ensure the external sales team is equipped with the necessary resources to succeed in room closure,
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships and rapport between partners, agents, and internal teams,
- Attend Meetings and Calls: Participate in relevant meetings and calls that contribute to the growth and success of the marketing department

- Excellent communication skills to support team members, partners, and agents
- Experience in managing multiple teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and customer service functions
- Familiarity with WhatsApp/WeChat communication for business and China sales marketing is a plus
- A proven track record in creating cost-efficient marketing campaigns that deliver excellent ROI
