Job Description:
- Enhance the search experience for overseas products to drive business growth.
- Develop product strategies and plans aligned with business goals. Collaborate with departments such as R&D and operations to effectively resolve issues.
- Research user needs, establish reasonable evaluation systems and methods to improve search result quality and user experience.
- Work with global teams to support the development of various business scenarios.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of search functionalities, with the ability to identify and meet diverse product needs.
- Proficient in English for work; experience working or living abroad is preferred. Familiarity with additional languages such as Japanese, German, or Portuguese is a plus.
- Over 1 year of experience in user-facing products with strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with product teams in different countries for local optimization.
- Proactive, quick learner, and able to handle pressure effectively.
