Tescom is an IT consulting firm providing a range of professional services in functional testing, automation testing, cyber security testing, performance testing, independent IT auditing, usability testing, resource augmentation, IT support and training.
We are looking to hire an Automation Test Lead to join us in an exciting project.
Responsibilities
1. Represent the automation testing team in any Project, Working Group or Steering Group meetings with the client and end-user.
2. Plan, monitor and report on all the automated functional test activities.
3. Build an automation test framework for BDD using Karate Labs and Gatling.
4. Build and review automation test scripts.
5. Conduct automation test execution.
6. Ensure compliance to define quality gates (for example, SIT and UAT exit criteria).
7. Supervise a team of automation software test engineers.
8. Draft, review, and publish an Automation Test Plan.
9. Draft, review, and publish Automation Test Reports.
Qualifications
1. Tertiary Qualification in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Computing/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
2. Singapore citizen only, due to project requirements for security clearance.
3. Prior work experience in Singapore government projects, will be advantageous.
4. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in automation testing in Business-Driven Development (BDD) using Karate Labs and Gatling.
5. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Agile projects.
6. Experience using Test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr, or similar.
7. Attained automation testing technical certifications and/or ISTQB Foundation certification, or equivalent, will be advantageous.
8. Strong client and project management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
