Job Description:
Preferred Experience in Underground Service Construction – Open Cut Trenching, Shaft Construction & Pipe Jacking experiences.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget.
• Supervise staff & workers in relation to construction works, ensure progress adheres to schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on a timely manner
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
• Monitor and track progress of projects and stay on top of the projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings and resolve problems
• Train, supervise, and mentor construction team members on site
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
• At least 10 years’ experience in preferably as Main Con in PUB/ LTA contract
• Strong leadership qualities with good analytical and communication skills
• Competent in planning & organizing work schedules and profound ability to deliver to timelines
