Responsibilities
- Oversee the seamless day-to-day management and operations of our diverse property portfolio
- Inspire and guide a dedicated team of site staff, driving excellence in property management and maintenance with your hands-on leadership.
- Partner with various departments to align property management strategies with broader business goals and initiatives.
- Innovate and refine strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of property management, setting new benchmarks for success.
- Take charge of budget planning and monitoring, implementing cost control measures to keep operations on track and within financial targets.
- Strategically allocate manpower to meet evolving business needs and ensure peak operational performance.
- Foster a positive and proactive company culture among the site team, driving engagement and enthusiasm for our vision and values.
- Oversee contractor and vendor performance, ensuring repair and maintenance work meets the highest standards as per contractual agreements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Property Development / Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Preferably with Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification
- A minimum of 6 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful property management.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide your team.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and written skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to manage and report on various aspects of property operations.
