- Respond to employee HR queries related to HR policies and issues.
- Mantain and update accurate employee records in HR systems, including new hires, managing leaves,terminations and changes in employee status
- Support offshore teams in instance where urgent local support is required and offshore HR team is unable to assist.
- Assisting in offboarding activities.
- Assisting in audit.
- Assisting in payroll preparation and compensation analysis.
- Coordinate in payroll processing and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Supervising day to day operations of the HR department.
- Prepare and mantain documentation and reports related to HR activities.
