- Assist the Tender Manager in preparing tender and contract documents Interact with the architect and/or the client
Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specifications
Quantity taking-off and put together bill of quantities
Undertaking cost analysis for construction works - Subcontractors sourcing, negotiation and quotation confirmation including contract drafting and confirmation
- Communication with project manager and site team for works that require subcontractors or specialized workers.
- Communication with site team for preparation of clarifications, work valuation and certification
- Submission of progress claims and tax invoices to clients and consultants
- Certification of subcontractors claims and arrangement of payments
- Keep track of budget and report for planning
Requirement:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university
- Proficient knowledge in building and construction works with detailed knowledge for building processes
- Min 2-3 years experience in quantity surveying, contractual drafting
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good planning and time management skills
- A dynamic, positive and forward-thinking personality with the ability to work under time pressure
