Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description

As the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, you will work closely with headquarters in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and drive regional market penetration for our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to support product launches, brand awareness, and market penetration in the assigned region.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales activities and achieve targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals. Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage key opinion leader (KOL) relationships, fostering collaboration and engagement to drive product adoption.
  • Oversee and support the regional sales and marketing team by providing a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and professional growth.
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to reach target audiences and generate qualified leads.
  • Work closely with product development, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, market requirements, and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Medical Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management within the medical devices industry, preferably with ultrasound imaging devices and in the urology field.
  • Customer oriented and proactive, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of clinical requirements and ability to differentiate our products’ competitive advantages to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze competitor landscape, research competitor market share and dynamics towards sales strategy development.
