Responsibilities:
- Handling Accounts Payable
- Data Entry
- Sorting Document
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Figure sensitive
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience
- Minimum Diploma
- Min/preferred years of working experience: 1 year
- Independent and able to Multi-Task
- Enjoy working with people thrive in team enviroment
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word etc)
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking managers)
- 5 days week (Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm)
