Job Responsibilities:
· Provide full assistance to Director’s personal and family matter including personal purchase, secretarial support, make payment for all bills & ect.
· Handle travel arrangement.
· Running errands for Director and family when required.
· Perform other ad-hoc assignments and household duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
· Previous experience in household management or hospitality.
· General knowledge of household appliance operations and functions.
· Detail- oriented and strong multitasking abilities.
· Diploma and above in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is priority.
· Able to anticipate the needs of the executive and take initiative.
