Salary: $2,900 - $3,200
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and provide support to the sales team (quotations, sales orders, invoices).
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams for timely deliveries.
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Track sales performance, prepare monthly sales reports, and update customer databases.
- Support marketing activities like product launches and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
