Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will drive the sales process, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful implementation of our Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions. Your responsibilities will include client acquisition, solution presentation, invoicing, and payment tracking, as well as handling various ad-hoc tasks to support the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
●Identify and pursue new business opportunities & build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
●Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
●Present and demonstrate products to clients , prepare quotation and negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
●Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and implementation, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
●Provide ongoing support and address client concerns.
●Issue invoices and track payments.
●Handle various temporary and special tasks as assigned by management to support the sales and business processes.
Job Requirements:
●Diploma or degree in Technical background.
●Proven sales experience, ideally in IT or POS systems.
●Excellent communication skills
●Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
●Strong in managing sales processes and closing deals.
