Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support business goals and objectives.
• Align HR strategies with business priorities to ensure the delivery of effective solutions across talent acquisition, development, and retention.
2. Talent Management:
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify key talent needs and ensure robust succession planning, workforce planning, and talent development strategies.
• Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Employee Relations:
• Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and bank policies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
4. Performance Management:
• Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Work closely with managers to identify performance gaps and implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance.
5. Change Management and Organizational Development:
• Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise in managing transitions, including restructuring and business transformation efforts.
• Facilitate organizational development programs to improve employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
6. HR Policy and Compliance:
• Ensure HR practices comply with regulatory requirements, labor laws, and internal bank policies.
• Partner with the legal team to minimize risk and ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
7. Data-Driven HR Insights:
• Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends and insights that inform business and talent decisions.
• Develop and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.
8. Learning and Development:
• Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to implement programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Support leadership development initiatives and coaching efforts to build leadership capabilities across the bank.
