Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients within designated market segments and to seek business including but not limited to rooms, events, food & beverage for the hotel to meet sales targets set.
  • Implement all sales related activities such as planning, monitoring, and measuring all customers within the defined territory.
  • Establish a network of contacts with sales colleagues in Singapore for business opportunities. To keep in close touch with the market and advise Assistant Director of Sales/Director of Sales regarding competitive pricing, promotion, products, etc.
  • Involved in all sales related activities like participation in sales roadshow / blitzes and attendance in trade function, trade shows and promotions as directed.
  • Organize familiarization of hotel and the facilities with clients and potential ones and put into motion all sales leads.
  • Implement program to win continued customer’s loyalty.
  • Develop productive sales relationships with all customers and potential ones and effectively manage key accounts allocated to the position.
  • Prepare or vet the sales reports put up by sales personnel and consolidate such reports for submission to the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales.
  • Assist the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales in ensuring the timely preparation and submission of annual sales budget for management approval and implementing the sales budget when it is approved.
  • Develop productive sales relationships with all customers and potential ones and effectively manage key accounts allocated to the position.
  • Resolve client complaints within the guidelines established by the group. Communicate and work with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of guest request and experience.
  • Exercise all reasonable care in safeguarding the hotel’s propriety information.
  • Any other suitable task as and when assigned by the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication Skills
