Job Description
· Recording newly signed contracts
· Updating and maintaining book system
· Coordinate and follow-up on manuscripts and chasers with editors
· Retrieve contracts from filing system
· Schedule Zoom meetings for colleagues
· Other admin duties as required
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma or equivalent
· Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to manage Chinese documentations
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Access)
· Hardworking, meticulous and have a keen eye for detail
